Main News Page : Armstrong Nautical RIB ladder wins Dame Award

Armstrong Nautical Products with their RIB Ladder won the safety category at the DAME AWARDS held at METS. Armstrong Nautical Products are represented in Europe by Tides Marine International.

This surface mounted RIB Ladder means no holes are needed in the pontoons of the RIB. When in use the ladder maintains an outward angle, which prevents it from pushing under the boat. Manufactured in Stainless Steel, the ladder, rated to 180kgs has ABYC H41 standard approval. Like most of Armstrong’s products the ladder is telescopic making it easy to remove and replace.

Tides Marine International’s Managing Director Brian Raine commented: “This is an excellent product that we are excited to be selling throughout Europe. The use of RIBS has increased dramatically over the last few years and we were delighted that Armstrong, with whom we have worked for some time, has won the safety category at the DAME Awards”.
